How do you price jobs?
Flat quotes, always. Send a photo or a quick description, we give you one number up front, and that number is what you pay. No hourly meters, no surprise add-ons at the door.
How long do carpets take to dry?
Most carpets are dry in 4 to 8 hours after hot water extraction. Open windows, fans, or air conditioning speed it up. Couches and mattresses usually dry faster.
Are your products safe for kids and pets?
Yes. We use professional products that are safe around kids and pets once the area is dry. Tell us about allergies or sensitivities when you book and we work around them.
Do you move furniture?
Light furniture, yes. Sofas, chairs and small tables get moved, cleaned under, and put back. Beds, dressers and wall units stay where they are, we clean around them carefully.
Should I add stain protection?
If you have kids, pets or a light-coloured carpet, it is worth it. A protector coating applied after the clean makes the next spill bead up instead of soaking in, and high-traffic areas hold up longer between cleans.
How often should carpets be professionally cleaned?
Every 6 to 12 months for most homes, more often with pets or heavy traffic. Rentals should be cleaned at every turnover, it photographs better and protects the unit.
Do you need my power or water?
We bring professional steam and extraction equipment and everything the job needs. Depending on the job we may ask to use an outlet or a water hookup, we confirm that when we quote.
How do I pay?
E-transfer or cash when the job is done and you are happy with it. You get an invoice from Titan Steaming inc. either way.
Do you really travel to Windsor, the GTA and Niagara?
For the right job, yes. Multi-room bookings, commercial work, multi-unit buildings and bundled jobs are worth the drive, and travel is built into the flat quote. Smaller single jobs are best inside our London home base.
